The Education Pulse lesson observation module allows a manager, or senior teacher to observe a teacher delivering a lesson.

A structured assessment takes place against an agreed scorecard. The process is electronic and can even be carried out using a PDA device making data capture easy. Data is able to be collected instantly with results viewable by management in real-time. Results are delivered using the Education Pulse Desktop with data being analysed and measured from individuals, through teams, faculties, up to school or college level. Automatic e-mail alerts can inform managers of assessments that are due or completed.
