Workplace Observation
The optimum contact Pulse Workplace Observation module allows a manager, coach or supervisor
to observe an individual carrying out a work process, typically some form of customer process e.g. a sales interview. This
could also take the form of a supervisor listening in to a sales or customer service contact from a remote location, or
the supervisor reviewing the contact from a recording at a later date.
In addition workplace audits, either “self certified” or carried out by a manager can be facilitated.
